Who we are
The Foresight Institute is an HR consulting firm specialising in

It was established in 1994 to help businesses attract, select, develop and retain talent.
Institute director Jamie Ford has held senior management positions in training, HR and sales across several industries.

How we do it
Foresight specialises in public workshops, custom-designed in-house programmes and one-on-one coaching.
We hold the regional licence for the optimism and emotional resilience assessment tool developed by Martin Seligman, the founder of positive psychology and have an ongoing relationship with Foresight Inc of the United States.
We also use the tools of EQ mapping and profiling, stress mapping and profiling, and DISC behavioural motivation profiling.
